グノーシス現象の原因に深くかかわっている事に気づくことになる。
ヴェクターを退社した彼女は反U.M.N.を謳う地下組織「スキエンティア」と手を組みヴェクターの企みを
あばこうとするが、そんな時KOS-MOS開発計画の中止が決定したという話を耳にする。
さらには開発が中止されるKOS-MOSの代わりとして謎のアンドロイド、T-elos（テロス）が現れる。
